Piramal Capital sells two offices in Mumbai’s BKC to TCG Urban Infra for Rs 110 crore

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance has sold two office spaces in Mumbai to TCG Urban Infrastructure Holdings for over INR 110 crore. TCG Urban had sold the office spaces to Dewan Housing Finance Corporation for INR 95 crore in 2013, which was later merged with Piramal Capital & Housing Finance. TCG Urban acquired exclusive access to 31 car parking spaces along with the deal. Piramal Capital & Housing Finance has been selling bad loans to clear up the stressed book of DHFL, which was acquired by the NBFC for INR 34,250 crore.
