Equity mutual funds offer paltry returns in financial year 2022-23
The Nifty 50 index declined by 1.76% and S&P BSE Sensex declined by 0.48%. The indices offered superior returns two previous financial years. In the financial year that ended in March 2021, Nifty 50 surged by 77.99% and in the financial year that ended in March 2022, Nifty 50 moved up by 17.47%.
