Perhaps this is something that authorities here in India, not known for its civic sense and public space cleanliness, can pick up a trick from. Identify people who are great at tidying up and cleaning in front of a video camera, champion them and make them cleanfluencers - not celebrities who aren't known for their cleaning prowess - and spread their talent.
