JAL files plea against NCLT order in Jaypee Infratech case
Last week, the NCLT approved Suraksha Realty's takeover of the debt-laden Jaypee Infratech dismissing three different appeals against the ₹7,936 crore offer by the Mumbai-based company. The fresh appeal by JAL challenged the calculation of the ₹750 crore kept in an escrow account out of which the NCLT has ruled that only ₹91 crore will be transferred to JAL while the rest will be transferred to Jaypee Infratech
