Hotel and flight bookings surge as Holi adds colour to leisure travel
Properties such as the ITC Grand Goa, and Taj Rishikesh Resort & Spa in Uttarakhand had no available rooms for March 8 as per their websites. There was a higher demand for train bookings ahead of Holi this year compared with last year, said Sripad Vaidya, COO, ConfirmTkt.
