Airtel adds 125 cities to 5G footprint to cover 265 overall
This is the largest single launch by Airtel since it began the phased rollout of its 5G services under Airtel 5G Plus branding in October 2022. The telco has deployed it's 5G network on non-standalone (NSA) mode which uses the core 4G layer over which the 5G later is built.
