"RIL is starting from zero capacity and wants to go to 20 GW but it is not able to find people with relevant skills," an industry official aware of the company's plans told ET. This has forced Mukesh Ambani's oil-to-telecom conglomerate to send mid and senior-level officials to group firm REC Group's facility in Singapore to get trained, the official said.
