HC quashes money laundering probe against Jet Airway's erstwhile promoter, Naresh Goyal, wife
The case pertaining to the quashing of the Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) filed by the ED was heard by the division bench of Justice Revati Mohite-Dere and Prithviraj Chavan. The bench however observed that if any fresh case is registered against the couple by any law enforcement agency, the ED could probe them.
