AH Wadia Trust sells 5.7-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Andheri for Rs 71 crores
The trust had started the efforts to sell the land parcel in 2009 too and had invited bids for the same. In 2010, Global Eco Hotels had emerged as the highest bidder with its offer of Rs 51 crore for the plot. The process to sell the land parcel has been going on since then and has finally been concluded now.
