India to lead Asia-Pacific in average pay hike, says new survey
India Inc is likely to see an average pay raise of 9.8% in 2023, compared with 9.4% last year, according to Korn Ferry's latest India Compensation Survey. In Asia-Pacific, Vietnam comes a distant second, with a 7% increase expected in 2023, according to the survey. Employees in Australia are likely to get the lowest increment, at 3%.
