"We witnessed a strong demand for properties that can serve as catch-all compounds and live-work spaces. Suburbs of metropolitan cities and tier-2 and 3 cities have emerged as the new loci for real estate development," said Aakash Ohri, group executive director and chief business officer, DLF.
