“The Supreme Court has very often gone against its own judgments as we saw in the case of 2G spectrum auction where it said that no it should not have been done on the first cum first serve basis, it has to be done by auction for 2G. Again in the case of privatisation, the Supreme Court has repeatedly entertained petitions against privatisation.”
