AI pilots question lack of parity in proposed pay cuts

Air India pilots have questioned the proposed move to slash their wages by 60% when the airline’s top management is reportedly taking a cut of just about 4%. Hailed as “corona warriors”, AI pilots’ union — Indian Commercial Pilots’ Association (ICPA) — has said 55 of them have tested positive so far. The pilots have sought time to meet with the aviation minister H S Puri.
