Court orders EV manufacturer to pay INR 30k to customer over flawed e-bike records
Tiwari had booked an Ola S1 Pro Midnight Blue Model and paid the entire purchase price of INR 1,54,000 on May 27, 2023. Almost two weeks later, on June 12, he was informed by the relationship manager at the Ola Experience Centre, Rajajinagar store that his booking had been cancelled in the system and he had to re-register his purchase.
