Delhi recorded a record 19.5% electric vehicle sales in December 2023, the highest reported in any state till date. The city registered a total of 6,57,312 vehicles in 2023, out of which 73,610 were electric. The sale of private and commercial electric cars has seen a significant increase over the years.
