An RTO official said, “At present, one can email a complaint to [email protected] or send a letter to Pune RTO’s postal address. We get five or six such complaints daily on average. Action is taken in the form of fines and permit suspensions. With easier accessibility on WhatsApp, we feel complaints will increase.”
