GRAP radar catches over 9,000 diesel BS IV cars
The restriction on BS III petrol cars and BS IV diesel light vehicles comes under GRAP Stage III. Delhi, however, is now under GRAP Stage IV, a more stringent and the final stage of the action plan when the AQI exceeds 450. GRAP Stage III was enforced on November 2, and Stage IV three days later.
