China's steps to boost sales of cars, electronics disappoints market
China has announced measures aimed at boosting sales of automobiles and electronics in an effort to revive the economy which has slowed during the pandemic. The statement by 13 government agencies outlined that regions would be encouraged to increase annual car purchasing quotas and special efforts made to support sales of second-hand vehicles.
