The action was taken after a video went viral of a cluster bus not stopping for women at a stop. The video shows three women trying to board a bus when it stops for a passenger to de-board. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal also tweeted the video and said, "There are complaints that drivers do not stop buses after seeing women since they have the facility of free travel. This won't be tolerated at all. I appeal to all male and female bus drivers to stop the bus at the designated stop," he said.
