The Korean automaker which entered the India market in 2019, said it has been focused on growing at twice the pace of the market. Last year the industry grew at 23% and Kia marked a YoY growth of 40%. In 2023, the industry's growth is pegged anywhere around 5% and the maker of Seltos and Sonet expects to grow at 10%. Going forward, headwinds like inflation, hike in interest rates and the global crisis may impact the growth of the industry.
