Unfortunately, worldwide, people are experiencing sleep disorders arising from changing lifestyles, eating habits, stress, long working hours, etc.
According to various research reports, almost 1 out of 5 Indian suffer from sleeping disorder. The reasons for sleep disturbance could be varied, but the prominent ones being, changing lifestyle, and long working hours.

A study by Philips, revealed that 45% Indians meditate to fall asleep; while 24% Indians use a specialised bedding.

From a dull, predictable and slow growth market, the Indian mattress sector is today an aggressive, dynamic and lucrative marketplace. Technological advancements, innovative products; and the realisation of the role of mattress on sleep are some of the factors that have contributed to the growth of this sector.

The age of your mattress also plays a very important role while choosing to buy a new one. There are some mattresses which are able to extend beyond say 8-9 years of usage.

Each person has their choice of mattresses type depending on their personal preferences:
- Memory Foam: It is soft, firm, durable and provide maximum body support. ideal for those who want a hug, body shaping, contouring and body shaping. It is ideal for side sleepers.
- Coil/Spring: It is one of the most widely used and popular mattress types. It provides better comfort, support, great bounce, cooling and strong edge support.
- Pillow Top: It covers the entire array of coil, memory foam, hybrid etc. A soft material is either stuffed or sewed at the top layer of the mattress, which makes it extra comfortable and acts like a cushion cover for the sleeper. Best for those who prefer softer and cushion kind of experience.
- Hybrid: It is made from a combination of latex, memory, polyurethane foams, coils or other materials. Not only does it gives great bounce, cooling, and responsiveness, but also provide great pressure relief and support from the memory foam. It is preferred by majority of people.
